How to Use

For the best results, add Broth Bomb after the water and food have been heated. Just add all the ingredients* to the pot, bring to a boil, take off the heat until the boil stops, then carefully drop the Broth Bomb. Return to heat of 160F. Cook covered for 20-30 minutes. Add more water if needed. Once effervescence is gone it is ready to serve. *Canned food items don't need drained.

Ideal for Meal Prep and Big Family Dinners

You get an slow cooker quality soup, stew, chili, or curry in under an hour. Our suggested recipes recommend canned and frozen foods to help skip the prep time. You can modify the recipes as long as you make at least 4.5 quarts of a hearty meal.

One Broth Bomb makes 16 servings, which is at least 8 pints (16 oz).

Carb lovers, we recommend enjoying them with bread or rice on the side.

For meal prep we recommend using 16 or 24 ounce deli containers. We like to make several recipes in one day, then freeze some portions. The meals taste even better the next day after the flavors continue to marry.

It's very easy and cost effective meal prepping; about $1 per serving including the food.
